These are original hand-made, one-off sculptures - constructed with paper, card, and polystyrene gathered from the recycling 'waste'. I also use wire, glue and acrylic paint and varnish. Sizes and prices vary.
If you'd like me to make a paper mache bird especially for you, just ask me. See text below.
I’m very fond of badgers indeed. This paper mache badger model is designed to make you smile! He’s free-standing,
I paid extremely careful attention to his hypersensitive nose, and the yummy detail of the tools of his trade – his claws and paws. So there’s lots of detail to enjoy from a worms-eye view! He was quite a challenge to build – mammal-shapes are waaaay harder than birds!
Hand built in paper mache, using a variety of junk modelling techniques, he’s painted in acrylic and finished with 3 coats of tough varnish. He stands 150mm tall and is 310mm long from nose to tail.
If he gets dusty, just wipe him clean. He shouldn’t be dropped, left outside, trodden on, exposed to long periods of dampness, or left in reach of cats or children! Despite his cuteness, he is not a toy.
