I painted this for my nephew, who like the fox is ‘only a ginger’. The title of the painting makes reference to an amusing song called ‘Prejudice’ written and performed by Australian comedian Tim Minchin, who is also a red head.
I spotted a big brown hare in a field margin just outside our village. I'd gone out to admire the hawthorn blossom and cow parsley in the verges, but this lovely creature made my day!
