Refund policy
I strive always to create happy customers. If you are not happy with your item, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you wish to return an item, it must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unsoiled and undamaged - and in the case of jigsaw puzzles, unopened. I will need your order number. Returns should be sent to: Jane Tomlinson, 75 Hazeldene Close, Eynsham, Witney, UK, OX29 4AZ.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item or items immediately on receiving them and contact me as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can fix the problem swiftly.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the items are being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unopened. I will also need your order number.
Refunds
If you are not delighted with your purchase, I will refund your payment once I’ve received and inspected your return. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
